It takes a long time to get something to eat there when it is really full which takes up a lot of time. But it's still worth the wait for the incredible taste explosion that you get.

Much too slow service. I don't understand why you can't serve two people when there are many customers and a beginner leaves completely alone. Instead, kitchen preparation is preferred. Unfortunately not the first time

Saturday 10.10.2020 2 p.m. 4 30cm subs in 20 minutes. The red-haired (dyed) double meat is the normal thing for others, she couldn't even cut the bread properly and the wrapped subs slipped out of the packaging when it was taken out of the bag. 5 minutes after the subs arrived at home, they were cold as if you had left the 2 hours. 1 star because of the inability, 2 stars because I feel a little sorry, 3 stars because another waitress knows my favorite sub I also didn't get receipts for my points during the Teryaki weeks, where each Teryaki brings 100 points and I still have double points from the registration

Friendly young staff. Delicious subs anyway. Special requests are gladly fulfilled. I was won over by the vegan alternative with the teriyaki.

Employee was very friendly. Waiting time was only a little longer than with subways in the city center, but the sub was all the more busy, and it was noticeable. Therefore, I cannot understand the complaints about the waiting time. You can sit upstairs and there is a toilet, which very few subway shops offer.

I love to eat at Subway every now and then, but this time it wasn't good at all! : (((The bread was old and dry, the topping didn't taste like anything and the blob of sauce doesn't make it much better. Unfortunately, there weren't any napkins or a tray either. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nice service and courteous staff. Cleanliness top, and the quality as you would expect. I can only recommend.

Had to wait way too long. 4 people in front of me. Took a good 20 minutes to be served. Food was delicious ... But no thanks for the waiting time.

Super nice girl behind the counter, there was no real language barrier between our Dutch and her German. She even offered to speak English. She really made my evening with her bubbly enthusiasm! Other than that, a general Subway as expected.

There was a super nice and friendly girl behind the counter and even though we do not speak German very well she helped us very well.

There we met a very lovely , nice girl and she make for us a very delicious sandwich , we will go there again for sure , thanks

Just listen, then the order is also clear and does not need to be constantly corrected. Also, I prefer to pay at the very end, then cancel or extra book. The sandwich is good as everywhere, but the staff in Kohlscheid will manage me sometime.
